For many men, midlife can be a period of emotional turmoil. For some, a receding hairline or a growing waistline is a constant reminder that the glory days of tall, dark and handsome have long since passed. For others, it is the death of a parent or the birth of a grandchild that reminds us of our own mortality. And for others, leaving the boardroom means hanging up our titles; although previously known as banker, doctor, manager or teacher, you are now referred to as retiree, and you may feel unsure of your position in the world.
